Why is the balance of my gift card lower than it should be?
If you were making a purchase and the transaction was canceled after authorization was given, a hold may have been placed on your funds. These transactions will be visible in your transaction history. These authorizations are usually released automatically within 2-3 business days and your available balance will then be updated.
